Assassin's Creed and American History: Potential Time Periods for Future Games

 

One of the most compelling features of the Assassin's Creed franchise is its inclusion of real world history and the way it is interweaved with Ubisoft's fictional narrative. Thus far, some of the game's historical settings have included Jerusalem during the Crusades, Venice and Rome in the midst of the Italian Renaissance, and in Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Constantinople amid the Ottoman Empire era.
